Ryzen 7000 Testing

"Invalid frame pointer" is also caused by a bad MMIO setup, do what I told you in the previous message.

First test with this latest unmodified EFI...Monterey reboots within seconds of passing the OpenCore screen

Now I activate the following, right? and so with the 5... is it correct?

Yes, if it doesn't boot whitelist that one (first one in this case) and unwhitelist the next one.

well, I have been activating one by one, with the first 4 activated ( true) it always ends in this Panic ( NVMe ? )

number 5 must be deactivated otherwise it does not pass the pre-boot

Yeah that is an NVMe panic, what NVMe drive(s) are inside the computer? Try disabling NVMeFix.

It has an Intel 660p 2TB PCIe 3.0 x4

without NVMEFix there is no panic, but it stops here:

I will remove the NVMe from the board to test??? 😁

Yes, try removing it for now. Is that the only drive?

but it restarts only at the minute

You mean it restarts after 1 minute? Try adding e1000=0 to boot-args. Could you also send the EFI you're currently using? Do you mind if I post the image (with blurred name) on the AMD OS X Discord server?

Congratulations everyone, amazing stuff!.

Now the question is which of the 3 kernel patches I added back in are doing the magic? lol If you're up for it try disabling them one at a time and see if only one of them is required. Once we know which ones are required etc I can update the git repo to include it for future users.

There are actually 8 now, I added some more to fix the monotonic time panic... Guess we'll have to check which ones are necessary one by one...

Interesting to see if they are actually needed at all. It's entirely possible that the MMIO was actually enough to sort it out. Suppose I should start saving for an upgrade lol
