Hello @bluerose,

Can you please describe the problem you're facing? Does the boot process hang when SVM is disabled, but the system boots properly if SVM is disabled?

OK,I modified your EFI (OpenCore0.91) and used it to install Macos.
When disable SVM,OpenCore show
no external trust caches found (segment length is zero)

Currently cannot access the installation screen.

I think I may have gotten the CPU Core number wrong, not decimal but hexadecimal.

I tried to use 13.3.1 with 13.2.1, but it didn't work.

After that I removed the nvidia rtx 4070 and put the rx6600 on the pcie 1 slot. But still report show RadeonSensor Initialized RadeonSensor freeing up.

@bluerose,

Have you downloaded the latest versions of RadeonSensor and SMCRadeonGPU.kext?

Please backup your current config.plist and try the attached config.plist. I've made a small number of changes including disabling the Intel WiFi and Bluetooth drivers. Also only install the RX6600 (do not install Nvidia GPU).

Hi CaseSJ,Is the config.plist you provided based on opencore 0.9.3? I tried 0.9.1 and 0.9.3. After that I found that if I turn off epson and AI CPU overclocking shows different results? So should I turn off EXPO and AI CPU overclocking before testing? Then talk to me about testing with macos version? 13.4?

To troubleshoot the problem, I removed the Nvidia graphics card and removed the disable GPU option from the EFI.

OpenCore0.9.3 EFI Show (Enable EXPO & AI CPU overclocking)
no external trust caches found (segment length is zero)

Seems to have skipped the Radeosensor initialize RadeonSensor freeing up.

OpenCore0.9.1EFI (Disable EXPO & Disable AI CPU overclocking)Show

This is what the Dortania guide says about those two Bios entries.

Enable

  • Above 4G Decoding (This must be on, if you can't find the option then add npci=0x3000 to boot-args. Do not have both this option and npci enabled at the same time.)
    • If you are on a Gigabyte/Aorus or an AsRock motherboard, enabling this option may break certain drivers(ie. Ethernet) and/or boot failures on other OSes, if it does happen then disable this option and opt for npci instead
    • 2020+ BIOS Notes: When enabling Above4G, Resizable BAR Support may become an available on some X570 and newer motherboards.
    • Please ensure that Booter -> Quirks -> ResizeAppleGpuBars is set to 0 if this is enabled.
You need to pay attention to the last line in the information above, as the default entry in the config.plist for the Booter -> Quirks -> ResizeAppleGpuBars is '-1' not '0'. So you need to manually change this entry to '0' in your OC config.plist.

@bluerose,

It seems very odd that you are unable to boot the system no matter what we've given you. If it is not the config/software then often it is the hardware.
I have a sneaking suspicion it may be your SSD that is causing problems. You mention are using a ZHITAI_TiPlus7100 ZHITAI_TiPro7000 SSD?
That could be the issue. Do you have another drive / SSD that you could try to do the OS install onto? ie. Samsung/WD/Crucial/Kingston?
These would be better supported by Opencore IMHO.

Either that or the Bios entries are not set correctly for running macOS.

@Edhawk @Middleman

I can't completely rule out the SSD, but I've successfully installed macOS using @ovenlite1's EFI. and only modified the graphics card model. Next I'm going to compare @CaseySJ's EFI and test it again to find out why it's stuck.

Of course, I can't rule out that it was caused by my mistake, because I didn't set the BIOS correctly at the beginning, and after reading @Edhawk's reply, I set it up by referring to the documentation.

Okay. If you are going to compare @CaseySJ's efi I'd suggest you also look at the date and version numbers of the files you have against it as well as their kext load position.
It makes all the difference. I'd also check the Kernel > Patch, Emulate and Quirk settings.
