With only changing the MaxVersion on the kernel patches and updating Lilu macOS Sonoma works just fine :D

Edit: I don't recommend updating your current system with Sonoma. If you want to test it use a different drive/partition.

Unfortunately, I can't get any further either. I have set the max kernel to 23.99.99 for each kext and entered lilubetall. All kextes and OC are currently still not possible to boot. What have I forgotten?

Did you also set max kernel for the patches? Also it's -lilubetaall You've misspelt it here, check your config spelling.

You've set all the patches to 23.99.99 which is incorrect. See the GitHub for the correct way. They've been updated.

I recommend to go through opencore’s documentation first to understand in general what the efi consists of. Build your first efi as such, then come back with specific questions and provide how you tried to solve it already.

Your config.plist has Kernel/patches space empty

Yes I have it on a separate SSD for testing.

@BCBoy1 Use the latest RestrictEvents or use the boot arg -lilubetaall
Thanks, I updated the RestrictEvents.kext, now the processor name is fine.
I also installed it on my laptop. (Acer Swift 3 AMD4500U) "Nootedred.kext"

@BCBoy1 you might want to look at increasing the amount of memory available to the AMD graphics in your Acer Swift 3 laptop. As 512MB is low. I think NootedRed recommends a minimum of 1GB.

Unfortunately, it cannot be set in the settings.
Thus, only 512 MB memory is available.

this is what you have to love.
The strange thing is that sometimes OSX only starts when I unplug the USB, but sometimes it is enough to press the right mouse button... :D
It's a nightmare compared to the desktop! :D :D :D But it's worth a try.

You can use Smokeless UMAF to unlock the option.

AMD CBS > NBIO Common Settings > GFX Configuration.

There are multiple places where min & max kernel entries can be added to the config.plist. Usually this feature is used to set kexts to only work up to or from a specific version of macOS. So you need to be a bit more specific about what you are looking to accomplish.
