Is it possible to run macOS Catalina on my current spec?

Hardware spec :
AMD Ryzen 5 2600
MSI b450 BAZOOKA PLUS
corsair vengeance 16GB DDR4 3200 Dual Channel (2x8GB)
Nvidia GTX1660ti 6GB GDDR5
transcend M.2 SSD 240GB
 
You'd need to switch GPU as your card is not supported on any MacOS Version. The only ones natively supported are Kepler, cards up to the GTX 10xx series run with WebDriver until High Sierra.
