help me to install Monterey in my AMD Ryzen 5 7235HS

Hi,
I am new to MacOs i want to learn Mac so i tried to install mac in my lenovo LOQ AMD Ryzen 5 7235HS with 12 gb ram and 6 gb graphic in vmware but it give error this virtual machine requried FXSR.The virtual machine cannot be powered on. i tried to edit macOS Monterey.vmx file with this patch

but still get error. Can someone help me with this?
