After one week I finally made my own EFI ready and successfully boot into macOS.
However, I found my USB wireless card (Comfast 811AC which should absolutely run in macOS) cannot be found, but other USB devices like my mouse, keyboard and USB drive works well.
And there is another problem. When I power off in mac, display turns off but the motherboard is still running. After shutting the power to reboot, BIOS cannot display, with a red LED on the motherboard on. Only after cutting down the power supply for a while would the BIOS turn on normally.
I would be more than appreciated if you would give me a hand.

My hardware list:
Processor: AMD Ryzen 9 3950X 16-Core
Motherboard: Asus Pro WS X570-ACE (AMD PCI Standard host CPU Bridge)
Graphics: AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT (8 GB/Sapphire)
Memory: 64 GB (KLEVV DDR4 3200MHz)
Disk: WDC WDS100T2B0C-00PXH0 (1 TB/SSD) *2 (one for windows, another for mac)
Sound card Realtek @AMD High Definition Audio Controller (Sound is OK with my monitor audio via DP)
Intel I211 Gigabit Network Connection/Asus (RTL8117)

Here is my Drivers and Kexts list:
Kexts:
AppleALC.kext
AppleMCEReporterDisabler.kext
Lilu.kext
NVMeFix.kext
VirtualSMC.kext
WhateverGreen.kext
Drivers:
ApfsDriverLoader.efi
HFSPlus.efi
NvmExpressDxe.efi
OpenRuntime.efi

Did you do the USB Mapping and fix USB Power? Latter might be a reason Wifi does not work if it would not get enough power.

In the old forum somebody reported the same shutdown problem with that board: https://amd-osx.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=10290&p=56795
Anyhow, this might be something to have a look at: https://dortania.github.io/OpenCore...et-or-sent-into-safemode-after-rebootshutdown
I haven't done USB Mapping yet. But my USB-Bluetooth works fine. That makes me confused.
Anyway, thanks a bunch for giving me such guidance ^v^

No problem.
Wifi needs more power than Bluetooth, if you didn't yet fix USB power (USBX SSDT) it might not be enough for wifi.

btw, I did notice your RAM is only running at 2666 instead the 3200 you mentioned.

Yeah, that's one another problem. It's also running at 2666MHz in Windows. Maybe it's affected by BIOS configuration.
That doesn't affect my daily work using my computer so I decide to fix it later ;)

Yep, you probably need to switch to the XMP profile in BIOS.

Have you tried with iMacPro1,1 ?
I used that SMBios in my former EFI but its config contains error that cannot start OC. So I didn't use it at last.
In CSDN somebody used iMacPro1,1 and succeed. His platform is 3600 / MSI B450M MORTAR MAX / RX570.
That SMBios may give a good support for AMD graphics card.

太强了。。跑分和睡眠正常嘛?
(↑Is benchmarking and sleeping working well?)

这段时间没有继续做,睡眠看起来就不正常:(
修复完USB之后再继续解决吧
I haven't been configuring macOS these days for I am a bit busy.
Sleeping is absolutely working abnormally for macos even messes up my BIOS.
I would work on this after USB-mapping.
