Stuck on AppleFileSystemDriver: using apf's-preboot-uuid

So i installed MacOs 12.7.6 Monterey and when i tried booting it up it always gets stuck at RTC: Only Single RAM Bank (and it's even cutted out), then checked if every settings in the bios was correct and it was. So i tried redoing everything again, adding new kexts to fix this problem and it always stucks here or at I have no idea what to do now.
My specs are:
CPU:Ryzen 5 3600XT
GPU: Radeon Rx 5700
RAM: 16GB Corsair vengeance rgb pro sl 3600Mhz
MBO: Asus Tuf gaming b450m
SSD:SanDisk 512GB Pcie NvMe 3.0

Try this revised EFI and config.plist, see if it works any better than your current OC setup.
