Ryzen 5 8600G How to install catalina?

I was following https://adi4u.in/crucial-steps-for-installing-mac-os-on-windows-systems/
and the mac os given for download at bottom of that guide.
Went through all steps rightly but using this

(after formatting into line,and replacing the quote) didn't work. it gave the failed to start virtual machine error always. i have tried tons of code for vmx out online but none worked. using no extra vmx code and just running tells The CPU has been disabled by the guest operating system. Power off or reset the virtual machine.

*** First of all, don't make any changes to the vmware .vmx file. It is recommended that you create a new virtual machine from scratch so that it recreates this file by default and without any changes.

*** Use VMWare Workstation Pro version at the link provided in the tutorial. (If you install it, you will have to make a new Patch as described)

*** Enable AMD-V or INTEL VT (Virtualization Technology) in BIOS. (you should research how to do this on your machine)
