I am trying to install Ventura 13.7.1 on an HP705g4 device. Attached are pictures of my device’s specifications and the EFI file. The problem is that I do not enter the installation phase. I only see the Apple logo, and then the device restarts.Screenshot 2025-09-25 111842.png

I replaced the efi file with this file and this error message appeared

Try this revised EFI folder, see if it gets you any further along with the installation of Ventura.
