I tried the below options and am still stuck at same place, please check the attached screenshots for the same.
Any help really appreciated. attaching my error screenshot and EFI, can someone please have aloo and correct me.

Error:
“ OC: Kernel patcher result 27 for kernel (XLNC - cores and threads calculations #2 - 12.0) - Not Found
OC: Prelinked injection AirportItlwm.kext () - Invalid parameter “

1. Followed https://dortania.github.io/OpenCore-Install-Guide/
2. OpenCore Legacy Patcher https://dortania.github.io/OpenCore-Legacy-Patcher/
3. https://github.com/luchina-gabriel/BASE-EFI-AMD-RYZEN-THREADRIPPER
4. Tried with OpenCore configurator (https://mackie100projects.altervista.org/opencore-configurator/)
5. Tried with SMBIO MacPro7,1 and MacPro5,1 all stuck at above error only.
6. Changed the three algrey - Force cpuid_cores_per_package patches and alter the Replace value (I used "10" as I have AMD RYZEN 9 3950x 16Cores)

NOTE: Used latest patch https://github.com/AMD-OSX/AMD_Vanilla/tree/master
NOTE: My earlier build OC 0.7.2 with BigSur (11.6) working fine. Want to install fresh macOS Monterey.

Below are my Hardware details:

CPU: AMD RYZEN 9 3950x (16 Cores)
GPU: ASUS AMD Radeon RX 5500XT
MOBO: Gigabyte AORUS Master X570 V.1.2

You've not got the latest patches. There should only be 16 and the error mentioned isn't included anymore. As for AirportItlwm.kext it's entered incorrectly in your config or the kext is missing from the EFI.

Thanks a lot for your reply and spend some time to see my issue.

As I'm desperately trying to install macOS Monterey with OC 0.7.5, trying with multiple EFI found on this forum.

Sorry for uploading the wrong EFI, please find the correct EFI attached.
I downloaded the latest patch from https://github.com/AMD-OSX/AMD_Vanilla/tree/master

Thanks for you reply.

I did the below as mention.
1. used shared EFI.
2. Used SMBIO for MacPro7,1
3. added AirportItlwm_v2.0.0_stable_Monterey.kext
4. reset the Nvram

But Still stuck at same place :-(

and what are your boot arguments ?
have you read the link of audiogod
Initially I tried with boot argument " -v debug=0x100 keepsyms=1 agdpmod=pikera alcid=1 "
letter I tried with you EFI boot argument " npci=0x2000 agdpmod=ignore alcid=29 "

Both the time I waited 30min but still stuck at same point.

Follow the same recommandations
I tried this too with little modification like below.
1. SMBIOS details.
2. SETTING THE CORRECT CORE COUNT FOR MY CPU " 10 "
3. BIOS setting as per guide.

Still stuck at the same point :-(

@Shaneee : Thank you so much. Able to install macOS Monterey12.0.1 with given EFI.
Can you please let us know what I was doing wrong?

@Danish297 I just ensured it was the latest OpenCore and gave it a cleanup. It's a good idea to clear the NVRAM when you make changes to the EFI.

I always get a boot loop. Has anyone successfully installed 12.1 Monterey?

Update OC, kexts and kernel patches then clear NVRAM. Update should then work.
