CPU:
Ryzen 3600
am trying to install High sierra 10.13.6 on my ryzen 3600, gtx 1070 ti
downloaded about 7-9 dmg / iso files and all of them says "" it looks like this is not a bootable image; the image does not appear to contain a partition table and mitht not be recognized or bootable by your device ""
i am following the custom EFI folder technique, i need to see an EFI partition after burning the dmg to usb, so i can paste my custom EFI folder in there.
but none of the available .dmg have partition tables.

now am looking at the AMDHS installer v2.5 but i cant find it

Are you creating the USB installer for High Sierra on a Mac, hack or Windows system?

Which guide have you used to create the USB installer?

What do you mean 'burning dmg to USB' what exactly are you doing to create the installer?

I am going to assume you are using Windows to create the installer. So here is a link to the Dortania OpenCore guide for creating the installer in Windows.

I would recommend you read the guide, then read it again before attempting to create your HS USB installer.

Here is a link for the Ryzen OC config.plist guide.

This is also worth a few reads before attempting to create your own config.plist.

  • Use the latest version of OpenCore, currently v1.0.5.
  • Use the latest AMD Kernel patches, with the correct entries for your 6-core CPU included in the first 4 x patches.
  • Use the latest version of the kexts required for your system components.
  • Ensure you include the UEFI > APFS > MinDate and MinVersion entries for High Sierra.
  • Make sure you edit your system Bios to allow macOS to run on your AMD system.
  • The relevant Bios settings are at the end of the Ryzen guide.
