AM5 needs the Dortania guide with a few changes:

• A custom SSDT-CPUR
• A proper MmioWhitelist
• A proper USB map

There are many problems in this EFI:

• System Product Name: iMac19,1 --> we should use MacPro7,1
• We should use real serial numbers
• NVRAM -- boot argument npci=0x8000000 is incorrect. It should be pci=0x8000000
• Kernel patches have not been updated to 08 (Ryzen 7 7700X has 8 cores)

I've fixed a few issues.
