So after a while having no luck with installing monterey with the EFI's i've been trying i did some searching and found a EFI that lets me install Monterey.
It is configured for an i5-7600T with a Intel HD Graphics 630 iGPU and of course i have no gpu acceleration but the system shows that i have a Intel HD Graphics 530 gpu. Also i only have internal speaker working. Is this something i could work with to get everything working? Thanks..

Yes, that is a good place to work from.

It will be necessary to use a fake device-id and choose an ig-platform-id from Kaby Lake that is closest to the Skylake model (e.g. HD 530 to HD 630)

Start with these.
AAPL,ig-platform-id <00001219>
device-id <12590000>

In case of incompatibility, try a different device-id and the corresponding ig-platform-id.

Which Audio Codec does your HP use?
Which layout-id or alcid=xx did you use previously?

I don't know if it matters but all 3 of the iGPU outs are Display ports.

Not really, might if you have to add custom connector setup to the config.plist > DeviceProperties for the IGPU. But only if you need/want to use all 3 x DP connectors at the same time. DisplayPort connectors usually show up in macOS with little issue. HDMI, DVI and VGA connectors are the ones that normally cause issues.

Use these settings for the HD 530 IGPU, they might fix the spoofing issue for your Skylake IGPU.

You might need to use iMac18,1 SMBIOS. This should work in Monterey and Ventura.

im starting to think theres something wrong with this system because i cant get into my OS, i've tried those two EFI's you have posted and non of them work. also the EFI i used to boot sucsesfully but with no gpu acceleration doesnt work.

Check the bios settings haven't reverted to System Defaults or whatever the HP Bios equivalent is.

Too many EFI's we know worked previously not working, for it not to be system Bios related.

so i've got to the installer screen and after i get to the first reboot and select mac installer it just keeps booting to that same screen.

How many times has the ‘macOS installer’ icon shown up on the OC boot screen?

Have you used the ResetNvram tool to clear any held-over NVRAM settings?

so ive gone for a change and i'm in Ventura now and when running OCLP it says there is a patch available for my iGPU but i need to disable SIP to do the patch. ive tried holding the command key as well as the R key but im strugling to get into recovery mode

To partially disable SIP for OCLP you need to set csr-active-config to <03080000> in the config.plist.

I've ran the patcher and reset NVRAM and still have have no aceleration.

Do you have the Skylake DeviceProperties in your Config.plist, or are you using a Fake device-id? With OCLP you shouldn't need to use the fake ID.

To be honest i dont know

Post a copy of your config.plist and we can see which DeviceProperties you are using for the IGPU.

You are using the Kaby Lake Framebuffer.

Revised config.plist contains the Skylake Framebuffer.

I assume you know what you are doing with the other IGPU DeviceProperties.

No not really, I'm trying to learn as i go along. thanks for the config.plist

Well as I see it you are only adding the data for one of the graphics connectors on you system using Con3. That means that the others i.e. Con0, Con1 and Con2 are not specified using the 'All-Data' method.

You should look on the Hackintool > Patch > Connectors tab to see which connector is related to Con3. Hopefully it is the DisplayPort connector you use.

The connector in use will normally be highlighted in Pink on the Connectors tab.
