The SanDisk drive would be a good option as a macOS boot drive. As would a Western Digital SN580, SN5000, SN770 or SN850X.
Check you have enabled the ‘DOCP or EXPO’ option in your bios. This is to be found in the Overclocking section of the bios. This is the AMD equivalent of Intel’s XMP, where memory modules can run at faster speeds than their base speed.
It will be integrated with the WiFi. So the Realtek BT probably won’t work. You need to swap the Realtek card for a compatible Intel or Broadcom WiFi/BT card.

Any of these cards will also require a specific USB port to be active and set as internal (255) in your custom USB kext (UTBMap or USBMap), for the Bluetooth device to work.
