I recently bought a laptop and decided to try MacOS, before that I had an AMD PC and was told that it was probably better, but I took the best laptop in my budget and it turned out to be an Intel processor. Can you tell me which version I can install, how, and how will it affect the battery life?

Try the attached EFI with macOS Monterey.
You need to add the MacbookPro13,1 SMBIOS to the config.plist before you try using it. This should be the only change/edit you need to make.
