The screen images above say that you have issues with the USBToolBox kext and HPET SSDT in your OC setup. Neither seem to be loading/working correctly.

It would be good to know what version of macOS you are trying to load. Also is it weird the AMD Vanilla patches lowest core count is 4 but you only have a 2 core processor (which you accounted for in the patches). Usually if core counts are wrong in the config.plist it will stop booting almost immediately so hopefully that is a non-issue.

Without seeing your entire EFI folder the other thing that pops out is WhateverGreen.kext. It will not work with your iGPU so best to try disabling it and see if it finishes booting. If it does then finish the install and after add in NootRed.kext which is what you will need for accelerated graphics. Reset NVRAM.

You can also try adding it to your EFI to see if it boots but often it has to be added after.

I did start again from scratch and made a new EFI from scratch which only gave me this error

Well I'll ask again what version of macOS are you trying to install? Ventura? Sonoma? Sequoia? Whichever one I explained Whatevergreen.kext does not work with your system but you are still using it.

What did you have change?
Had to remap my usbs with usbtoolbox and change the setting to use Native Classes to build usbmap and put in the kext folder and than removed both usbtoolbox and UTBMap as there not needed as you would have usbmap instead and also downloaded Ryzen-CtlnaAHCIPort kext and added it to the kext folder hope this will help someone else.
