I would love to try Hackintosh with my newer system, but it's freezing on install.
I've followed a guide and made sure all the steps were taken and it freezes 3 seconds into the install with the code scrolling.

Secure boot is off
Resizable Bar/4G is off
AiTweaker is off
USB drive is 1st

I've tried the oldest to the newest versions of MAC OS.
Nothing works.

CPU: Ryzen 7 5800x
MB: Asus Prime B550-Plus (Latest Bios) (I've also tried to turn multiple features off to no success)
RAM: 64GB Corsair Dominator 3600Mhz
GPU: Galaxy Nvidia GeForce 650Ti (I'm suspecting this is the main culprit)
USB Drive: Sandisk 16GB (Fat 32)
HDD: Hitachi (Apple) Sata6 320GB (Fat 32)

Any help would be appreciated.

You are probably correct when thinking your Nvidia dGPU is causing issues while installing macOS on your system. You have an Nvidia Kepler GPU from a range that is known to be problematic for macOS, even older versions that natively support these GPUs. See the link below from the GPU Buyers Guide for information.

The SATA drive you have prepared for macOS isn’t formatted correctly. We do not use FAT32 for anything other than the hidden EFI partition. For older versions of macOS, Sierra and earlier, the drive needed to be formatted as HFS+ (Mac OS Extended). Since High Sierra the default format for a macOS drive has been APFS (Apple File System).

You should be selecting to format your macOS destination drive as APFS as part of the installation process, using Disk Utility, which is an option available from the main installation page.

Provide a copy of the EFI folder you have created, so we can see what you are using to install and run macOS.

Also confirm which version of macOS you are trying to install, as this makes a difference as to whether your system will work, especially with the suspect Nvidia GPU. Personally I would recommend you look at installing macOS Big Sur, as your Kepler GPU was natively supported in that OS.

Any version of macOS newer than Big Sur would require a compatible AMD GPU.
