  1. Your system requires LucyRTL8125Ethernet.kext, as you have the Realtek RTL8125 Ethernet controller. You do not need to use the 'e1000=0' boot argument with the Realtek Ethernet controller, just the kext linked below.

Sound:
  1. The built-in Realtek Audio requires AppleALC.kext for the Realtek ALC1220 Codec to work, version 1.8.8 or newer for AMD Microphone to work. Plus the correct Layout-ID using 'alcid=xx' boot argument where 'xx' is the audio codec. Below is a list of the layout-ids that work with ALC1220 codec, only the first 5 ids are likely to work, as they are generic ids for the codec. layout-id '20' is for a different AMD board...

    1. ALC1220 layout-ids - 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 11, 13, 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21, 25, 27, 28, 29, 30, 34, 35, 98, 99, 100
  2. HDMI audio is never going to work with the Nvidia dGPU, see graphics issues below.
Graphics:
  1. The Nvida RTX 4060 is not supported in any version of macOS and it never will be. You need to disable this dGPU with a custom SSDT, or remove it from the system.
  2. You list 'Graphics AMD RDNA™ 2' at the bottom of your system signature, but which Navi II card this relates to I have no idea. I would assume this was an RX6000 series dGPU as you have the 'agdpmod=pikera' boot argument listed in your config.plist, not an AMD Pro workstation card.
  3. Confirm which AMD Navi II dGPU you are using, as some require spoofing the device-id and some just don't work as they are not supported in macOS. Some require NootRX.kext (e.g. RX6700 XT) to work in macOS.

Solution
Great that you have been able to install macOS Ventura.

You don’t need to reinstall macOS when you add the RX470 dGPU. The drivers for the RX470 are already included in macOS and the graphics card will work with the helper kext (WhateverGreen.kext) you already have in your OC setup.
