Stuck on [EB|#LOG:EXITBS:START] for Somona but works on Monterey. Upgrading BIOS to latest will break Monterey with same error

If I continue to face issues with the PCI configuration and the black screen, should I focus on troubleshooting the USB mapping first before considering a BIOS rollback?
