I added -igfxvesa to my boot-args and it booted meaning their is something wrong with my framebuffer

Every time I boot it’s a different com.apple.xpc.launchd error, heres my log and new EFI. (i purposefully disabled Airportitlwm bc that needs SecureBootModel to be Default).

I tried it and it didn’t work, so I made my own EFI without using any prebuilt efi’s or anything and now it’s at this.

I used a efi from online and replaced the kexts, files, and ssdt's to match my exact hardware.

CPU: Intel i7-4510U iGPU: Intel HD Graphics 4400

I understand about the shutoff part but I’m now i’m curious about sleep, I have a Macbook Pro 5,2 and when I press the power button it goes to sleep. I thought that wouldn’t hackintosh be the same as well?

Yeah I usually have ErP on and I disabled it but nothing changed, i’m not using any other kexts or patches and the power switch cables are connected and it’s not a power and sleep problem as choosing those inside macos works. Also if i hold the power button it does turn on off but it force shuts...

Whenever I try to shut down or sleep with the physical power button macos doesn’t listen to it, how do i fix this?

After 2 weeks of troubleshooting I finally got sequoia to boot, thanks to Edhawk for all his help and u/Rocoptic on reddit who helped me find the fix for my nvram!

It It just needed a emulated nvram bc amd native nvram’s are messy.

I am actually losing it, I tried it with both the online and offline, tried uninstalling my M470 PRO, disconnecting every device except for ethernet, displayport, keyboard, mouse, and usb but it still gets stuck at About 12 mins Remaining

Yeah i heard budget ones cause a lot of problems so im gonna use maybe a WD SN730

Would the KingSpec NE-2280 be a good choice?

Yeah I was actually looking for a 256 GB nvme to see if it would install on that.

I mean I used a 15 GB offline installer with createinstallmedia.

I used another recovery installer and it got stuck at 19 mins.
