Intermittent freezing with NootRX AND Whatevergreen
I have an issue where my mouse can move freely but I am unable to click anything/the system is unresponsive. I have created 2 EFI's, one with NootRX and the other with Whatevergreen. This issue occurs with both EFI folders. I have configured my bios according to the dortania guide so I am unsure...- b550m6650Xt5800x

I made it through the first part of the installer + rebooted to 2nd stage. This EFI is using whatevergreen + device properties patched and had full acceleration in the installer. Everything was smooth so far 🤞. Thx for all help- b550m6650Xt5800x

The EFI you posted @Shaneee does not get to the boot picker, just reboots the system. I created the GPU Rename .aml file/patch and have attached it. No change in the kernel/memory panic. Still panics at the exact same spot... I have taken a new snapshot of my config.plist with propertree to add...- b550m6650Xt5800x

I did everything stated in this post. My device properties were commented out with a # so they were invalid but I deleted them from the config entirely and no change... still panics at the same spot. I also added RestrictEvents kext and replaced SSDT-EC-USBX-Desktop with SSDT-EC-USBX but it...- b550m6650Xt5800x

I have made 2 separate EFI's attempting to install Sonoma onto my b550m aorus elite ax paired with Ryzen 5800x and 6650 XT GPU. 6650XT No hardware acceleration
Thought i resolved with NootRX.kext. Graphics shows up as 8gb now in about this mac but i get the colorful spinning loading wheel quite often. Has hardware acceleration but tends to have long load times and freezes up for a few seconds when i go to type something/move the mouse- b550m6650Xt5800x

I have injected device ID and model and spoofed GPU model with an aml file added to my ACPI folder :/ I also have adgpmod=pikera added to my boot arguments. Brand new build and I was able to get monterey installed just don't have hardware acceleration. Any tips appreciated. EFI folder attached...- b550m6650Xt5800x
