    Dunno If it can help, I've an ASRock Z690 with ALC897, alcid=12, Intel CPU obviously, perfect audio, to try to extract some info from a working similar audio codec. Besides that, I'll try a simple free game to see if there are stutterings and desyncs just like with sound, WITHOUT speedkeeper...

    Did you try playing with sample rate / channels and bit depth in audio midi configuration app? Is there a way to modify the source clock there other than default?

    No problem, just try the Minecraft demo in 4k, take note of the fps, just press F3 ingame, I do about 400 fps

    Do the xattr stuff, sorry wrong command up above!!! ;) Given that you copy the whole Xonotic folder into Application folder: /usr/bin/xattr -r -d com.apple.quarantine /Applications/Xonotic/Xonotic.app
