Why is EnableWriteUnprotector True?
Bring Lilu, VirtualSMC, WhateverGreen Kext first before any other kexts.
SMCAMDProcessor should come up high as well.
You are missing MCEReporterDisabler kext and RestrictEvent kext.

If the kext order is made by ProperTree, it's fine. Lilu and VirtualSMC don't have to be the first.

Tried setting the EnableWriteUnprotector to "False" same issue.

I used ProperTree. Also manually re-order the kext but still same issue

Thanks.

Adding the MCEReporterDisabler, installer no longer restart. However, I’m stuck now at IOKit Daemon (kernelmanagerd) stall [11, (240s): multiple entries holding the registry busy. IOKit termination queue depth 0: ’PTXH’ (a,20000001), ’XHCO’ (a.20000001)

PTXH & XHC0 are USB controllers. What if anything have you used in your OC EFI to configure your system USB ports?

Have you tried using different USB ports?
Have you disconnected any and all USB devices except the installation drive, mouse & keyboard?

Thanks for the info I finally completed my installation after removing the USB kext mapping I made.

Thanks for all your help @Edhawk @ExtremeXT @DarkSilentSC
