The problem is that when trying to install Ventura, the "install" option does not appear, "reinstall" appears, as if there was already a previous installation. The drive is new, NVMe connected to the chipset on PCI (Samsung 980 Pro). When I try to reinstall I get the message:
You cannot install this volume because the computer does not have a firmware partition.
The installer starts without problems. I attach screenshots and the config.plist.

Disable CustomSMBIOSGuid.

It does not work, I have tried these two combinations without results.

• UpdateSMBIOSMode -> Create
• CustomSMBIOSGUID -> False

• UpdateSMBIOSMode -> Custom
• CustomSMBIOSGUID -> True

Which motherboard, CPU and GPU are you using?
Is your system a pre-built Dell computer?

I would recommend disconnecting any drives other than the macOS installer (USB?) and the M.2 drive you plan to install macOS on to just, while undertaking the installation. They can be reinstalled once you have Ventura installed.

Are you using Disk Utility to format your M.2 NVME drive GUID & APFS, before you try to install Ventura?

I assume you are using the latest version of the AMD Kernel patches?

What do you mean by ‘without results’?

Post a photo of the verbose text where the system kernel panics. This is the second time of asking.

Make sure you have the following boot arguments in you config.plist so the verbose text is shown:

-v keepsyms=1 debug=0x100

You are running macOS on the bleeding edge regarding compatibility, except the RX580, so some issues should be expected.

Good morning again : Sorry for the delay, Christmas overwork. I'm trying to explain it, the EFI has the latest patches, it's configured as per Casey's guide (thanks) and it works fine, there's no kernel panic, the problem starts when you get to the part of the installation where you have to choose disk. First of all, the install option does not appear, what appears is the reinstall option as if there was already another previous installation (impossible, everything is completely new), when I choose that option, reinstall, the disks appear but it appears in all of them same message, " You cannot install this volume because the computer does not have a firmware partition", and I can't find a solution. I have tried the solutions provided by Extreme (thanks again),
none have solved the problem, that's why I say "no results". I understand that everything is new and the solutions will come, I keep trying things, if I make progress I will put it in the post. Thanks to all for the help.
