Intel wifi was supported by third part kext. Would Mediatex wifi adapter also be supported by third party kext for macos in the future?

No, as there is no one looking to create a kext that works with the Mediatek WiFi card.
Lots of people use Intel WiFi/BT cards, as they come as standard in the majority of laptops & desktop systems that have builtin WiFi cards. Mediatek make up a very small minority of WiFi users. So the will and drive to develop and create a kext for the Mediatek card doesn't exist in the Hackintosh world.
