Yes!, click upgrade now, don't be scared!.

I recommend that you update opencore to its latest version (0.8.6). It also updates the kext and the kernel to the latest version.

I have everything updated and I am on MacOS Ventura 13.0 without problems.

My Question is, Can I just Click the "Upgrade now" button and will it update to 13 automatically
I updated that posts EFI so it will run Ventura Official Release...

But I also added it here....

FOR THOSE WANTING TO UPDATE YOURS, MAKE SURE TO MANUALLY UPDATE THE AMD POWER MANAGEMENT KEXTS AND IMPORT YOUR NEW KERNEL PATCHES IN CONFIG.PLIST. ALSO UPDATE ALL KEXTS TO LATEST AND UPDATE OPENCORE TO 8.5. (CREDIT TO SHANEEE FOR THE INFO ON WHAT TO UPDATE FROM MONTEREY TO VENTURA)

Better to let people make their own EFI...
