Update: I got it working and mapped, here is my usb map kext, im using macpro 7,1 SMBIOS
@tung_opeth Yes mine works but only when my mouse and keyboard is attached to an PTXH port.
Als my sleep works better on mac pro 7.1 since it also rests my cpu fans what didnt work on my previous iMacPro1,1 SMBIOS.

How did you go about mapping the ports?
I've got the same specs (replace Vega 56 with RX 5700) and no matter what I do I can't get sleep working. I've tried iMacPro1,1 and MacPro7,1 with your USB kext as well as one I made using Hackintool. In any scenario once it goes to sleep I can't wake it back up.

I'll give this a try as well. Running the PRIME X470-PRO with a Ryzen 7 3800X.
Always wanted to do the USB Map, but never found the time.

Just added this and it seems like my mouse glitches that I permanently had are gone and the system did not freeze after putting it nto sleep. So it seems to be working. I report back in a few days if this first impression remains valid.
