Sleep, and Nic do work, No BT, or Wifi at this time. But don't over think it. I just went back and stripped it down to the bare minimum and took out everything to the least config I thought I could get away with. It still failed, it still was getting a black screen at 12min, so I went back to Boot-args and removed "-v debug=0x100 keepsyms=1" rebooted and it went right into the installer. Command = enter on the selected boot drive and walked away. 45 min later I had a login screen. I have posted my EFI, config-plist and logs. If you compare 2config vs. the boot config you can see the differences that I stripped out. On a different note. "Do" make a comments at the top of your config the Date, Time, OS, and OC version you are testing. It makes life much easier. I learned this some time back on Monterey. My initial problem was, I kept thinking back to my Sonoma build, this time it was much different I had to start looking at this config as a whole new build. I will go back and add the bling later. But for right now just a bootable system is all I am after. If anyone tests this with Tahoe and are successful, please make a shout out and let me know. I have no need for it at this time.
