Did you update your USB kext before installing Tahoe? Apple changed a few things in Tahoe regarding USB port identification and previously working USBMap.kext, UTBMap.kext configurations have stopped working.

Have a read of this post over at Tonymacx86 for an understanding of what is required.

it says USBMap can only be run on macOS, how am i supposed to run it if i can not boot into macos

People use other Hacks or real Macs when creating their macOS installers. Well, that is what I have always done. Plus you said you previously had a working Sequoia setup. I assumed you would be able to fix your EFI so you can still boot in to Sequoia.

Maybe you need to reinstall Sequoia first, so you can get your system running macOS and fix any issues such as USB configuration.

You can use USBToolBox Tool in Windows to create a USB configuration that will work in Ventura, Sonoma or Sequoia.
You can then look at running USBMap in macOS to generate a USB config that will work in Tahoe.

Which OS are you trying to install with the Recovery method?

Try with the attached EFI folder, it has been configured for your A520/5600/6600 system with a limited number of of kexts.

Don't use the EFI above, it lacks an essential kext for your AMD system to run macOS. use the one attached below instead.

hey i used the old efi that i had for when i had sequioa and i booted into recovery and it worked, one thing is i need internet connection, wifi doesnt work and ethernet doesnt work idk why because everytime i have a ethernet cable connected macos doesnt work and its on russian

You need to add the Realtek Ethernet kext to your OC setup for internet access.

The Russian language setting is the default setting in the config.plist, under prev-lang:kbd entry. You need to change this entry to match the language & keyboard you use.
