Are you Hacking a Dell Laptop or the system shown below each post you make?

The config.plist seems to be set for a Dell system.

Try this revised EFI, I have removed a few kexts, added an EC SSDT, changed a few entries to better suit your AMD system including updating the Kernel Patches to the latest release for your 12-core CPU.

You have Airportitlwm.kext and Itlwm.kext in your OC/Kexts folder. You shouldn't be using both, one or the other, never both.

Try my Monterey working build here, it's for a B550 with 5900X. I have modified it with your details above. Put it onto a separate USB stick's EFI partition (copy the whole folder), and select the stick first at bootup, before selecting Monterey installer. It should boot into Monterey.
