Problems getting MacOS to load.

I'm trying to get MacOS to run on an AMD machine running an FX 4300 chip, a GTX 1050 GPU, gigabyte 970a-ds3p motherboard. Have tried using VMware workstation and Oracle Virtualbox, and after hours of trying and following guides on both systems, I'm no closer to getting MacOS to work. Has anyone out there got a guide that they have followed or written that will help me out?

GTX 1050 isn't supported in Catalina or Mojave. The highest version to support that GPU is High Sierra, two versions earlier than Catalina.
