Try this OpenCore 1.0.3 EFI which was created for a similar B450M system. I have edited the folder contents and config.plist to match your 6-core CPU, NAVI dGPU and motherboard specs.
All you need to do for it to work is add the SMBIOS data for a MacPro7,1 system to the config.plist, i.e. Serial Number, MLB, ROM and SystemUUID entries in the PlatformInfo > Generic section of the config.
It should work with any version of macOS from Big Sur up to and including Sequoia. You want it to work in Tahoe, then you will need dos some research and change some elements. I would recommend trying Ventura first, but that is just my thoughts on the matter.
Once you have installed macOS on your system you will need to create the following:
A number of custom SSDT's using your system ACPI tables and Corpnewt's SSDTTime script.
Custom USBMap.kext based on the USB ports present in your system. Use Corpnewt's USBMap script in macOS.
