Monterey install attempt kernel panic

absolute beginner here, trying to get monterey to work for music production (linux user, not necessarily a hackintosh enthusiast)
previously tried installing both sequoia and sonoma to no avail, friend recommended i give monterey a shot
i've been following the dortania guide up until this point, i can't seem to get past this kernel panic.
smbios has been generated (MacPro7,1) but is removed from the attached file for self-explanatory reasons.
i have disabled secure boot, fast boot, csm support, legacy usb support, virtualization and iommu in my bios.

my specs:
AMD Ryzen 7950X
AMD Radeon 6650XT
GIGABYTE B650M D3HP
RTL8125 Network Chipset
ALC897 Audio

i've attached an image of the verbose output, the latest generated opencore log and my config.plist below

any help/advice would be very appreciated

Hi, your EFI is lacking the correct ACPI SSDT's, Booter MimoWhitelist values, proper CPU core values in the Kernel patches and a way to initialize your video card display.
