macOS Monterey on Asrock X570 Phantom Gaming-ITX/TB3 random reboot

I upgrade the macOS 11 big sur to Monterey(12.5). Then Monterey random reboot. The EFI files worked fine on Big Sur. Please help me out.

CPU:Ryzen R9 3900X
GPU: RX 550
RAM: Samsang 32G ECC *2

SmallTree does not work on Monterey, try disabling the kext.

I know that SmallTree doesn't work on 12.5. And I removed it. It seems that not due to SmallTree.
