I am stuck on Pci Configuration Begins. I have tried everything from changing 4g decoding to changing my SDDT and using sanity checker. I'm Almost giving up and just buying a mac at this point lol.
Specs:
Amd Ryzen 5 3600
Motherboard: GigaByte b450 Aorus M, bios version f50
32g Ram
Gpu: Radeon 580
------------
I Will attach my config.plist

Add npci=0x2000 as a boot arg.

If you've got npci added make sure Above 4G is disabled. The two don't play well. You can also change the npci value to 0x3000.

Share an image of where it's stuck.

Can you try with SetupVirtualMap disabled? At least on X570/B550 with newer AGESA this causes issues.

sorry for late response took me a while to troubleshoot it seems i need CSM MODE off for it to boot
