Is it possible to run SONOMA on my computer?

Do you know if it is possible to install Sonoma on the computer of my signature without any issue (facetime, imessage, sidecar, continuity handoff, airdrop,... )?

MacPro7,1: CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 2700X / MOBO: Asrock x370 Killer SLI / GPU: AMD Sapphire Pulse RX570 8GB / RAM: 16 GB DDR4 / HDD1 (OS & Data): Adata SU630 - 480GB / Wifi/BT: BCM943602CS / MacOS: Ventura 13.5.2 (Desktop PC) + Windows 10 Pro / OC Version: 0.9.4

Now, I use Ventura without any problem. But I want to test Sonoma on external hard drive and I am newbie
