I used the EFI provided by CaseySJ+ and customized it for my own machine.
I would like to thank CaseySJ+.

It has been three months since I set it up, and while the system is running, the Wi-Fi does not work—despite it being the "PLUS WIFI" model.

This is a difficult issue for me to resolve.

The Mediatek WiFi isn’t supported in macOS, so the builtin WiFi won’t work. This was the same for my ASUS B650E system.

You need to use a Broadcom or Intel WiFi/BT card in macOS if you need WiFi & Bluetooth working.

If you add either a Broadcom or Intel WiFi card you will need to disable the builtin WiFi & BT card in the bios, as macOS won’t function correctly with two WiFi/BT cards active and enabled.

How are you able to get LAN working on Tahoe without any issues?

I use the builtin 2.5G Ethernet controller plus a Aquantia/Marvell AQC113C PCIe 10G Ethernet adapter on my Asus Prime B650E Ryzen 7 9700X system in Sequoia. But only the Aquantia AQC113C PCIe 10G adapter in Tahoe.

The Aquantia card is enabled by using @CaseySJ’s kernel patches and the Aquantia kernel Quirk in my config.plist. I use the Fenvi Aquantia 10G Ethernet card in all of my ATX & mATX Hacks. As it takes out the issues with the builtin Ethernet ports not working in Tahoe. I bought the cards from Aliexpress for around £40-£45 each. See the link below.
