So I followed OpenCore guide for Ryzen. Created USB word for word. Monterey Setup booted up just fine. Install failed at very end (like a hackintosh should ).First boot into Monterey went very well. Even crashed at Data & Privacy screen just like normal. Reboot, finish first time setup. Landed at the desktop safe and stable. All went well. Then the computer started freezing randomly after maybe the 3rd boot. Randomly is described here as such: different apps, different times, different lengths of time to unfreeze. The computer also would crash purely randomly at "zlib memory 0x7000" line. Sometimes crash, sometimes full, quick boot.
These issues have plagued me since first installing. I've been trying different kexts, different settings in config.plist to fix this.
Then the worst happened. Boot to opencore picker takes over a minute. Picker to apple logo is 6 minutes timed. Haven't gotten past apple logo now. Waited 6 hours and was still there. Booting into verbose mode only freezes at picker and won't go past it. Safe mode causes immediate kernel panic.
I don't know what to do. I've rebuilt the USB stick 4 times following OpenCore guide to the letter each time. I've removed kexts. I've activated Shaneee's patches in kernel section. Nothing works.
