you have different controllers xh00 as my asus so i cant say from this picture
I see an hub (internal) mapped as USB2 and maybe also others usb are mapped wrong
i will search in bios option for reboot shutdown problem
obviusly i would also try to map well your USB
Okay, now I see the bios options and I try to remake the USB ports, then I update you later.

Yes, its confirmed disable from bios wifi and iGPU of my CPU.
I uploaded SysReport.zip and opencore log.
Thanks for your efforts
these acpi patches was created from CorpNewt (aka corpghost) on AMD OSX Discord
you have to add in your config.plist in ACPI /Patch section and try again

Please attach the oc debug log too. If needed I’ll revise it to work better.

No with hackingtool
I use it only to check if i did well
I use a tool done by corpnewt you can find it on his github

Hi, this is the last "OC-Debug" boot-log. @fabiosun
I seen that if disabled in bios-settings "Resize bar support" the macOS boot fast at the second or third attempt.
Please, analyze the boot-log and evaluate what you can improve and if now it is appropriate to activate the "Mmio Whitelist".

Thanks in advance 🙏

I think we got a further step, after adding the acpi and mmio patches.
Yes!! Yes!! I could get into macOS Sequoia installer.
but I am now stuck at OC menu.
It has been running reboot inifinly when I hit macOS Installer at OC menu and here is the lastest log.
Thanks anyway.

@unclesam you are seein your goal ;)
i dont know which efi are you using by now and if you did a revovery installer or a full installer
A recovery installer needs of a working etherne /wifi to download OS
You have to add Lucy kext for your realtek ethernet and to hope it is compatible with your device id
I would also disable wifi/bt in your bios if your motherboard has them

Edit, by the way from my EFI you should have only add ACPI patches and leave for now MMIO bypass as i did.

You have reassigned 4 MMIO area (skip 1)..and for AM5 platform it is not sure this is an ideal condition ;)

check Resize bar in your quirk
if you have enabled in Bios set to 0 in your config.plist
now is set to ARBAR -1 (it means disabled)

Problem you have it is difficult to solve from distance, you should do some tries by yourself and investigate well
USB Map could be a part to do better
I cant say more sorry

If i hold disabled this option in the Bios wich is the value to set in config.plist?

@fabiosun If I enabled the 0x880000000 in Booter/MmioWhitelist of config.plist and reboot.
It will be stuck at a reboot loop when I hit macOS Sequoia Installer.

I was surprised to find that when I hit macOS Ventura Installer, the process was relatively smooth.
Finally I got the Login screen and take a screenshot.
The Ethernet, It seems no work when I load LucyRTL8125Ethernet.kext.
Lucky my USB-Ethernet adapter could be worked.

I need to keep working to find out why Sequoia can't be installed smoothly.
Sometimes the boot process is not smooth it will be stucked at verbose and need to be push the reset buttom.

attachment is the EFI i used from yours @fabiosun.
I am not very familiar with leave for now MMIO bypass as you did.
Thanks anyway.

@unclesam
If we modify some bios settings mmio value could be different and you have to calculTe their value again
For this reason i use in initial installation steps for unskilled users to disable mmio using only devirtualize mmio and disable write variable booter quirks
When system works as it should work you can play them with Mmio skip only one of them

More important for both and for 9900x comunity is to give @Shaneee debug log using his modded opencore efi driver and therelease unmodded one to undestand well how to proceed in a better way

So both users are using the official OC release and it's working so it was always just a config issue on the 9900X. Stability issues aren't with OpenCore.

@Shaneee
For me, I'm using OC debug which is from post#86 mainly
