Out of curiosity can you add these values under Kernel -> Emulate

Cpuid1Data = 10 0F 40 0B 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00
Cpuid1Mask = FF FF FF FF 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00
Ok, tell me if i've set all properly?
Later i'll try this new test,

Thank in advance 🙏

That's correct yes.
I've try to start installer after have disable "igpu & wifi/BT devices", and add values under "Kernel -> emulates" but nothing, same result like last time.
Vi allego quest'ultimo "Boot-log" con la speranza di essere vicino al bersaglio ✌

Thanks in advance 🙏

Can't recall if it was the same in previous logs but OC starts with 14 cores then reads 12 cores

Code:
00:102 00:013 OCCPU: MP services Pkg 1 Cores 14 Threads 2 - Success
00:412 00:013 OCCPU: Pkg 1 Cores 12 Threads 24

Wondering if that's the reason... Give me some time to look into this.

Yes, the same number of cores was also present in previous "boot-logs".

It's possible that the CPU needs the old _x86_validate_topology patch so I've added it specifically for Sequoia. Please test this EFI,

Beyond that I'm not too sure why the 9900X is the only CPU that doesn't work.

Nothing, same result :-(
This time the "boot-log" don't show me the cpu strings, and the screen show me always the same issue that i've post in a video.

Thanks in advance 🙏

Strange the patch won't stop OC loading. Copy the patch from the config I uploaded which was just the one fabiosun shared into the last working one you had.

Great update!!!
I finally managed to start the installation of "macOS", however, to the second restart when I click on "Instal Macos to Ryzentosh HD", after a few seconds it stops on a black screen. I also recorded the video, Video Install issue.

Many thanks for everything you have done so far, we hope to be able to achieve our goal 🙏

That's excellent news. Next step is to try the official release of OC with that patch added in. All my one is currently doing different is some debug lines and a 0 busratio failsafe.

Ok, let's continue on this way!!!
So, you do post me a official "OC folder" or I go to download it to github?
I always proceed with the same procedure; Add the cpu patch and replace the "OpenCore.efi" file and then try to reinstall?

Thanks for your effort 🙏

Can I have this efi to help the issue together?

@unclesam your platform is a bit different than @Katanoko1221
However you can use the one i posted for him and then post your sysreport folder and opencore log

Yes. Download the official release from GitHub and replace the OpenCore.efi file. You can also change the debug target to 0 as you don’t need to log anything on the release version.

Update today...
I've try to doing the install with "OC-Release 1.0.4", but don't working. I don't know why the macOS installer working only with the "OC-Debug version" and at the last reboot after few second get stuck without never more retake the install.
I post the my last "OC EFI - Release 1.0.4" that have surely need to some new setting about this OC release versione.

Thanks to everyone 🙏

try this config
if the same problem try to change usb port (if you are installing from an USB stick)
Check in your bios if you have 4G option and set to On
CSM off
in boot menu reset Nvram
idk rnme ssdt function also build from windows or with mac/hackintosh your SSDT EC/CPU usbx to start if the ones you use are not from your DSDT/ACPI (USE SSDTime to do this)

That's missing the patch I added in this config, https://forum.amd-osx.com/threads/i...sue-with-ryzen-9-9900x.5881/page-4#post-40221

The x86_validate_topology patch.
