sorry it just shutsdown, (edited and in the opencore log get this 00:013 00:013 OC: External interface failure, fallback to builtin - Unsupported)

Try booting with the revised EFI below.

1. I have added two kexts to the /EFI/OC/Kexts folder - AppleMCEReporterDisabler.kext and RestrictEvents.kext, with config.plist entries to enable these two kexts.
2. I have changed SecureBootModel from - Default to Disabled, as you require the Nvidia Web Drivers.
3. I have removed the obsolete Intel Kernel Patches and placed the AMD patches in the correct location within the config.plist.
4. I have cleaned up the config.plist by removing some unnecessary place holder entries.

See if this boots your system.
