Hello guys, this is my first time ever trying to install a Hackintosh and I just don't know where to start and

my laptop specs are
Processor AMD Ryzen 7 5800H with Radeon Graphics 3.20 GHz
Installed RAM 32.0 GB DDR4
AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics 4048 MB
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Laptop GPU

Your laptop is not supported by macOS. There are no drivers for the Nvidia or AMD graphics in your system.

Look at Linux if you want an alternative OS to Windows.
