You need to be using a discrete GPU to run macOS Big Sur on your system. Preferably a compatible AMD dGPU.

Your 'Cezanne' CPU's APU (Integrated GPU) is not compatible with WhateverRed.kext, so using the APU to provide graphics is not going to work, ever.
