You need to set a MaxKernel of 24.99.99 for your IOSkywalkFamily block, IOSkywalkFamily,IO80211FamilyLegacy and AirportItlwm injection. Have you also updated NootRX for Tahoe as it won't work without some changes.

as I know it is for wifi, but I have issue about bluetooth related to IntelBTPatcher.kext somehow

Check that the USB port used to connect the Bluetooth to the system is correctly configured, ie set as 'Internal'.

You can have the correct kexts, Nvram settings etc. in your OC setup and still your Intel Bluetooth not work because the USB connection is set incorrectly.

Do not use Hackintool for configuration of your AMD USB ports, use either of these tools.

USB Mapping in Tahoe is different. Use CorpNewt's test build, https://github.com/corpnewt/USBMap/tree/tahoe-test

I already update all that kexts, but maybe I think I have USBMap.kext need to be created again for Tahoe
