Gigabyte X570 Aorus Pro + Veaga 64 stuck when upgrading 12.3.1 or 12.3.0

Hi Guys,
my build works fine with 12.2.1, but when upgrading to 13.3.1, it cannot work, log stops on:
I've added AppleMCEReporterDisabler from 12.0, and also updated all the kext to latest, still no clues on it, please help, thanks

My build:
CPU: AMD 3700 X
GPU: AMD Vega 64
MB: Gigabyte X570 Aorus Pro 1.0
SSD: Samsung EVO plus 1TB
Thunderbolt: GB-Titan Ridge 2,0 flashed

same as me, I've fighting for it days, and tried many other related config, still cannot work, will reinstall 12.2.1 soon.

@Klaus-Jürgen Schade , I've fixed my issue, check the values of AppleMCEReporterDisabler, my is false, which should be true.
