please verified if yours device id matches. If so you can use SmallTreeIntel82576.kext, it works fine in Big Sur & Monterey 12.2.1

You have a couple of options available while these Ethernet issues are sorted out.

1. Install a compatible Intel, Broadcom or Realtek Ethernet PCIe NIC, with the appropriate kext added to your /EFI/OC/Kexts folder and config.plist.

2. Use a USB3 to Ethernet adapter, no kext required.
