Unfortunately neither of your graphic options are supported. You would need to disable the Nvidia RTX 3060 (never worked, never will) but then the 6800H iGPU would need to do the work which unfortunately is also not supported by NootedRed.kext (no graphics acceleration which makes a system basically unusable). Best to not waste your time and stay with Windows or a Linux distribution.
