hi, i had a ventura system and everything worked great, after +-6 months decided to install sonoma, when i boot recovery dmg its crashing with this error, tried to fix it as written on guide, no progress, can somebody help me pls?

upd: could there be a problem with 32gb ram with 3200mhz

Under Booter ResizeAppleGPU your original had 0 it is currently -1 switch it to 0

loaded, but there is a lot of vm_shared_region_start_adress() errors
vm_shared_region_start_address() errors are slide calculation issues. Try these:


Config.plist changes:


  • Booter → Quirks → ProvideCustomSlide → Enabled
  • Booter → Quirks → EnableWriteUnprotector → NO (if on newer macOS)
  • Booter → Quirks → ProtectMemoryRegions → Enabled
  • Booter → Quirks → RebuildAppleMemoryMap → Enabled

fixed, but when i booting in recovery there is a lot of vm_shared_region_start_adress() failed errors, not APFS\HFS+ volumes not mounting(unknown fs). smbios MacPro7,1(iMacPro1,1 booting with the same error). tried to remap dimm and reset NVRAM, nothing has changed. how to fix it? (booting sequoia)
upd: when i clicking on Shutdown/Restart = kernel panic :D
