#[EB|LOG:EXITBS:START] stuck

Ryzen 5 4500
hi, i had a ventura system and everything worked great, after +-6 months decided to install sonoma, when i boot recovery dmg its crashing with this error, tried to fix it as written on guide, no progress, can somebody help me pls?

upd: could there be a problem with 32gb ram with 3200mhz

i have a 16gb usb stick, i don't think it will fit installer. 1,1 smbios worked on ventura, i thought it would work here too

Sonoma needs new kernel patch as does Sequoia. I have an EFI that would probably work well but its for Sequoia and Tahoo.

Are you familiar with ssdt-time? If you can boot in to windows and run then choose (option 4) zip the results folder and post it.

i downloaded sequoia to another flash drive, thanks, i'll try that now

Can you attach just the config.plist from your EFI?.

Config.plist tweaks:Misc → Security → SecureBootModel → Disabled
  • Booter → Quirks → DevirtualiseMmio → Enabled
  • Booter → Quirks → ProvideCustomSlide → Enabled
  • Booter → Quirks → RebuildAppleMemoryMap → Enabled
  • Reset NVRAM: Space at OpenCore menu → Reset NVRAM reboot reset again then try
  • Also uncheck usbport.kext and enable xhciport limit

Hmm... Misc > Security > SecureBootModel should be Default and Misc > Debug > Target should be 67.

Also your Misc > Debug section seems wrong, in my config I have, Misc > Debug;
  1. AppleDebug > True
  2. ApplePanic > True
  3. DisableWatchDog > False
In your config its the other way around.
