Well the title says it all. When i put my hack to sleep, the screen turns off, but my RGB and fans are still running. When i don't wake up the machine within half an hour minute or so, the system refuses to come on again, and i have to force a shutdown by killing the power.
Your UTBMap.kext isn't configured to work with Tahoe. It is missing the two new USB connector and port entries required for the latest changes to the USB configuration instigated by Apple.
Currently the only script that works to activate the USB ports in Tahoe is Corpnewt's USBMap.

Here is a comparison between a USB controller on your B550 system using USBToolBox.kext & UTBMap.kext and one form my similar AMD system using USBMap.kext.

With your UTBMap configuration you won't enable sleep to work in Tahoe. You need to configure the same ports with a new USBMap.kext for any chance that sleep will work.
This is assuming you have your Systemwide Power settings configured correctly.
